As a result of an on going investigation the Perth Amboy Police Departments Special Investigations Unit executed a search warrant on Friday evening February 11, 2011 at the Remington Hotel located @ 377 Smith Street Room 1A. Arrested on location was Richard E. Brown D.O.B. 10/24/1970 with (6) bags of cocaine with a street value of $250.00, a scale, packaging material, a machete and $ 1,158.00 in cash monies. Richard E. Brown is originally from Plainfield, NJ.
