Police arrested Carlos L. Cantillo D.O.B. of 636 Colgate Ave Apt 2 for illegally possessing a loaded handgun 
As part of an on going investigation the Perth Amboy Police Department Special Investigations Unit arrested Carlos L. Cantillo D.O.B. 09/09/1979 of 636 Colgate Ave Apt 2 for illegally possessing a loaded handgun, specifically a 9MM which was defaced and concealed in his waistband at the Las Islas Bar @ 890 Amboy Ave. Perth Amboy. Mr. Cantillo is a previously convicted felon.
