Officer Okulove arrested a subject for driving on a suspended license

Officer Baca arrested a subject for driving on a suspended license.

Officer Lawrence arrested a subject for being drunk in public.

Officers dispatched to a report of a citizen holding a juvenile suspect who tried to burglarize his home. Turns out the suspect is a friend of the victim’s son, and was there to steal the victim’s medical marijuana and guns. The victim catches the suspect in the act and holds him until police arrive.

Officer Candler arrested a 35-year-old male, for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.

Officer Geibig arrested a 43-year-old male, for possession of drug paraphernalia

Officer Merrill arrested a 35-year-old male, for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.

Ofc. C. Tang makes a traffic stop for reckless driving at Fremont/Decoto and arrests the driver.

Officers Diehm & Stillitano make a traffic stop at Mission/Rockland Ct and arrest the driver for a drug related warrant.

Ofc. Singh dispatched to theft of credit cards and cell phone from victim while she was visiting Lake Elizabeth. Ofc. Singh researches the cell records of vic’s phone to learn that there are numbers called the vic does not know. Ofc. Singh calls what is now believed to be a suspects phone number and poses as the victim, wanting to buy her phone back. Suspect agrees to sell her the phone for $150 and agrees to meet at Denny’s in Hayward. The suspect was arrested.

911 transfer leads officers to search for a car that went of the side of the road in Morrison Canyon. The driver and passengers located with rather minor injuries.

Officer Ferrera arrested a subject for drunk in public

Officers dispatched to Target where they are holding a subject petty theft. The suspect was arrested for theft and parole violations.

Victim reports that two females just stole his phone from his car that was inside the garage. He provides a description of the suspects and their vehicle. A short time later, Officer Taylor spots the vehicle on Sundale, and sees the females an address on Sundale Drive. Taylor sets a quick perimeter and a surround and call out commences. The two females come out of the home along with their male friend. Both females are identified by the victim. They were arrested for burglary and parole violations.


Officers Dudgeon and Nelson are dispatched to a loud party on Cobb Ct/Omar. Ofc. Nelson ends up stopping a partygoer and arrested him for DUI.

Ofc. Baca arrested a subject fro driving a stolen vehicle

Ofc. Edwards arrested a subject for DUI.

Commercial burglary at Capital Stereo located at 43516 Fremont Bl. Video shows red Silverado with a camper shell ramming the installer’s roll-up door and then a WMA 510, 600, thin build wearing a white hoodie bark jeans and white tennis shoes running into the store and taking only one box.

Officer Candler conducted follow-up on a battery case from 02/11/11, and arrested a 44-year-old male, for battery.

Officer N. Johnson arrested a 48-year-old male for battery.

Officer Ferrara arrested a 34-year-old male, and a 30-year-old male, for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

A female motorist accidentally steered her vehicle into a condominium building on Silver Oak Terrace. As a result, a PG&E gas line was sheared off as well as the water main. PD assisted the Fire Department in evacuating two condominium buildings and keeping other residents sheltered in place. Walnut Ave was shut down between Mission and Overacker until the area could be deemed safe. Fire crews were able to shut off the water and PG&E eventually got the gas turned off. The driver was not DUI - she said her groceries spilled and as she reached for them she inadvertently steered into the building.

Officer S. Hunt arrested a subject for petty theft.

Officer F. Tarango arrested a subject for petty theft.

Ofc. Ceniceros makes a traffic stop and arrested the drive for possession of a switchblade knife.

Ofc. Kwok makes a traffic stop and arrested the driver for warrants.

Ofc. Macciola makes a traffic stop and arrested the driver for being under the influence of a controlled substance and driving on a suspended license.

Ofc. Romley conducts a pedestrian stop and arrested the subject for a drug warrant.

Ofc Gilfoy conducts a traffic stop and arrested the unlicenced driver.

Ofc Layfield arrested a subject for warrants

An adult female called to report that she was being harassed by the train tracks at Fremont/Baine. Ofc Holguin locates her and she tells him that she is a prostitute. She met with a client who did not “follow the rules”. She states that she stabbed him with a box cutter. Area check and hospital check failed to locate the victim. Documented as an suspicious circumstance.
