We have had an increase in Burglary / Theft from vehicles (BTFV) in the West Valley Area especially around the Balboa / Woodley Park area. These BTFVs have usually occurred while individuals have been exercising around the park. Whenever you are about to exit your vehicle, remember our crime prevention moto: Lock it, Hide it, Keep It. Unfortunately, too often valuables are left in plain view in vehicles and or vehicles are left unlocked. Help us to harden the target and reduce the chances of becoming a victim. Remember the moto: Lock it, Hide it, Keep It.
