Snow Removal Peabody Square and Downtown 8PM tonight until 7AM Saturday. Parking prohibited - seek alternate routes. 
Mayor Michael J. Bonfanti, the Peabody Police Department and the Department of Public Services announce that a snow removal operation will take place in the Peabody Square area starting at 8:00 p.m., Friday, February 4th, and continuing through to approximately 7:00 a.m., Saturday, February 5th. The designated areas are Main Street, Lowell Street by City Hall and sections of Washington Street and Foster Street. The actual snow removal areas will be posted with No Parking signs prior to this operation. Detours will be established to handle traffic flows. Thank you for your cooperation.
