Ofc. Nelson arrested a 33yr old male for a Health and Safety Code violation.

Ofc. Taylor investigated a vandalism in which several expensive plants in a front yard were damaged. Ofc. Taylor arrested a 47yr old female for felony vandalism.

Ofc. C. Tang arrested a 28yr old when he returned to his girlfriend’s apartment in violation of a court order.

Officer Morales arrested a 50yr old female for robbery, possession of drug paraphernalia, false information to a police officer, and probation violation.

Officers dispatched to a gun call near Mission Blvd and Mohave Dr. A motorist reported seeing two males inside a vehicle pointing a handgun. This motorist followed the males onto northbound 680 and maintained view of them in the heavy commute traffic. Officer Malcomson located the suspect vehicle near the truck scales and a high risk stop was initiated with other officers. The two 18 year old males are found in possession of a pellet gun which they were showing to each other inside the vehicle. No brandishing occurred and the males were cooperative. The males were released.

A robbery occurred in the parking lot of the Lil Grocer. Two HM’s or WM’s, 20-25 years, approached the victim and punched him without provocation. They attempted to take his money, but the victim was able to fight them off. They left in either a Honda or Toyota.
