Officer M. Smith arrested a 28-year-old male for possession of a controlled substance and being under the influence.

Officer Malcomson arrested a female adult for 14601 vc.

Officer Richards arrested a male for 148.9 pc (false information to a Police Officer) and a warrant after being sent to a family disturbance.

Officer Luevano responded to Washington Hospital on a report of strong-armed robbery that occurred near the Hub. The victim stated he was attacked by an adult male (unknown description other than possibility a black male) and had $60 stolen from his pocket. According to the victim, the suspect fled on foot in an unknown direction. The victim sustained a small laceration under his left eye as a result of the assault.

Officer Malcomson was dispatched to a report of a 647.6 (annoying a child) that occurred near the adult school on Calaveras Drive. The 15 year old victim had gotten out of class at 1600hrs (4PM) and was walking west on Calaveras when the suspect approached on a bike. He began soliciting the victim for sex and then walking beside her. A good Samaratin stopped and gave the victim a ride to Niles where she lives. The suspect is described as follows: Male 30-50 years, short dark hair with bald spot to the rear, brown eyes, approximately 6'00", thin build, scruffy several day unshaven face, wearing brown hooded sweat shirt, blue jeans, riding an older 10 speed style bicycle. The suspect spoke with a middle eastern accent.

Ofc. Nelson sees a car trying to avoid him near the South Lake Mobile Home Park and attempts to catch up to it. The car drives recklessly through the park and the driver bails on foot. Ofc. Nelson detains the male in front of 298 Winnipeg Green. After a probation search of his trailer the male is arrested for reckless driving, suspended CDL, possession of needles, and resisting arrest.
