One of the suspects from the shooting inside Eastland Mall on November 27, 2010 was arraigned this morning in Harper Woods District Court 32A in front of Judge Roger LaRose.
SUSPECT:
BYRON DEANDRE JONES
B/M 19 years of age
Resident of Detroit, MI
Jones was charged 5 felonies, including 3 counts of Assault With Intent To Commit Murder, 1 count Felony Gang Membership, 1 count Firearm used in the Commission of a Felony. Photograph of Jones is attached.
THE BOND FOR JONES WAS SET AT $1,000,000.00 CASH, PRELIMINARY COURT DATE SCHEDULED FOR 01/19/11 @ 1:30 P.M.
