Officer Spear arrested a subject for being drunk in public and warrants.

Officers dispatched to a male slumped over the wheel at Stevenson Blvd and Blacow Rd. The driver was arrested for DUI and driving on a suspended license.

Officer Natasha Johnson arrested a 32-year-old male for two outstanding misdemeanor warrants.

Officers responded to Niles Park after the mother of a 16-year-old female reported her daughter was attempting to commit suicide by drowning herself in one of park’s ponds. Dispatch received additional information that two people saw her getting into the pond near School Street. Arriving officers could not immediately locate the juvenile; however, evidence suggested somebody had entered the pond.

In addition to numerous police officers checking the area, East Bay Regional provided helicopter support and Fire responded with their rescue boat. About an hour later, the juvenile called her mother and asked if the helicopter was looking for her, but she refused to identify her location. Further investigation revealed the juvenile had not actually threatened suicide and was just incorrigible. The juvenile was eventually located near Third Street Park.


Officer Richards arrested a subject for domestic violence.

Officer Chahouati arrested a subject for burglary (shoplift)out of Kohl’s.

Officers dispatched to a loud music complaint. Upon arrival, they contact two males out in front of the address. One of the males is in possession of a loaded and concealed handgun. Subject was arrested.

Ofc. Stillitano conducts a traffic stop and arrests the driver for felon in possession of a stun gun.

Ofc. Foster is approached at DMV by a robbery victim who had a sustained a small stab wound to his left hand. Victim claimed he was robbed of $7 on the railroad tracks near Dusterberry and Hansen. Officers check the area, but were unable to find the suspect. Suspect described as a HMA with a goatee, about 5’07”, skinny build wearing dark clothing.

Ofc. Nelson is detailed to Extended Stay on Mission Bl on a petty theft call. The suspect is located in a room and arrested for theft, being under the influence and possession of drugs.

017 Ofc. Snyder arrests a subject out of Frys for petty theft.

Assault with a deadly weapon-Mowry/Guardino
Victim is walking on Mowry near Guardino, sporting red tennis shoes, red sleeve shirt and red baseball hat when the driver of a passing SUV holds a gun out the window. The driver then pulls quickly to the right where the passenger, carrying a baseball bat gets out and runs toward the victim. As the victim runs for safety, the suspect throws the baseball, hitting the victim in the leg. The victim can give no better description of the suspects and becomes uncooperative .


Officer Morales arrested a 33-year-old female, for possession of a dangerous weapon, parole violation, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Officer M. Smith arrested a 59-year-old male, for battery.

Non-injury collision at Scott Creek/HWY 680 where the driver spins out due to weather conditions and drives through the sound wall.
