Pacific Coast Highway is closed in both directions between Topanga Cyn Blvd & Coastline Dr, Malibu. 
Due to mud & rock slides, CHP has shut down both directions of travel on Pacific Coast Highway between Topanga Canyon Boulevard & Coastline Drive, Unincorporated Malibu. The closure is expected to last until 11:35 pm, Thursday (12-30-10).
