Two Police Blotter items (PB): Assault with a deadly weapon and an attempted burglary. 
Officers respond to Mountain Mikes Pizza - 3952 Washington Blvd regarding several 18-20 year-old males fighting with baseball bats and knives. Further investigation reveals a delivery driver was “jumped” for no known reason. Two witnesses identify a 20 yr old male as the main suspect. During the altercation, the suspect used a baseball bat and struck the victim on the back of the head. The suspect is a local Fremont resident, however, officers are unable to local him. Case continued and investigated by Ofc. F. Smith.
459R at 4100 Block of Mattos Dr. Victim awakes to a male suspect in the house. Entry was through unlocked bathroom window. Suspect is a WM (17-18 years old), gry sweatshirt and earrings. Suspect said he was drunk as he ran away. One subject is detained down the street but later released after not matching description. No Loss and suspect still outstanding.
