Evacuation Update La Canada Flintridge and La Crescenta
Based on current weather conditions and flash flood warnings, Unified Command reminds residents that evacuation orders are still in effect in La Canada Flintridge and La Crescenta.
The flash flood warning issued for the Station, Briggs, and Morris burn areas by the National Weather Service has been extended until 6:00 pm today.
In order to provide for the safety of homeowners and first responders, residents are encouraged to comply with the evacuation orders. Parking restrictions remain in place and vehicles are subject to tow.
Unified Command continues to evaluate current weather conditions and evacuations will be lifted as soon as it is deemed safe for re-entry.
