Three Police Blotter items (PB): Arrests for tagging, drunk, and attempt homicide. 
Units respond to the area of Irvington and Blacow on a report of tagging and locate a suspect after a short foot pursuit. He is arrested for vandalism, resisting arrest and probation violation.
Officers Perry and Lobue respond to the Fremont Train Deport on an Outside Assist for Union Pacific Railroad, requesting we escort an unruly passenger off a passenger train. Officers contact a male on the train and arrest him for public intoxication.
After serving a search warrant in San Leandro, the Investigative Unit developed information on the whereabouts of the suspect from the Kirby’s shooting on 12/11/2010. The suspect was believed to be inside a residence in unincorporated Hayward. Investigative units responded to the Hayward location and were later supported by Street Crimes, on-duty SWAT personnel and additional patrol units. Fremont units established full containment on the residence and waited for the ACSO SWAT Team. ACSO arrives and the suspect surrenders immediately.
