UPDATE - PCH open at Kanan Rd, closed to all north of the LA/Ventura County Line at Neptunes Net. 
Pacific Coast Highway (PCH - State Route 1) has been reopened at Kanan Rd in Malibu. PCH is closed approximately 2 miles north of the Los Angeles County Line at Neptunes Net due to a landslide. No one is allowed through the road closure. The closure is expected to last all day, and there is no estimated time for reopening.
