On December 6th, 2010, at approximately 0200 hours, two males were conversing in the rear of the McDonalds parking lot located at 12919 Victory Boulevard. They were approached by multiple male suspects that were driving separate vehicles and they became involved in a verbal dispute. During the verbal dispute, an unknown suspect produced a handgun and fired several rounds striking both victims multiple times. The suspects then fled in an unknown direction. The victims were transported to Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in critical condition where one succumbed to his gunshot wounds.
