The New Jersey Regional Operations Intelligence Center (NJ ROIC) reports the State Office of Emergency Management (NJ OEM) is monitoring a weather event in coordination with the National Weather Service (NWS).
Summary: This hazardous weather outlook is for North, Central, and Southern New Jersey. Precipitation is expected to arrive during Thursday. It may start as sleet or snow before changing to all rain. The higher terrain has a better chance of freezing and or frozen precipitation with up to an inch of sleet, lasting into Thursday evening.
