A convicted violent sexual offender, 56-year-old Willie Lee Dampier, is living in Modesto. 
Willie Lee Dampier, 56, has been recently released after 20 years and is currently residing in the City of Modesto. Dampier has previous convictions ranging from kidnapping to rape. Dampier has been classified as a violent sexual offender.
Dampier is described as a black male adult, 6 feet tall and approximately 178 pounds. He is bald and has brown colored eyes.
