Officers initially dispatched to a road rage incident at Mission and Nursery that is upgraded to a 245 pc. Upon arrival, officers find the “victim” who says two suspects hit him with an asp baton and fled in a Saturn. That vehicle is located and stopped a short time later, occupied by two gang members. They tell a different story, saying they were hit with the asp by the “victim”. The victim later admits that he left that part out of his story. Needless to say, no one wants to be a victim. Level 1 service reductions during this incident after a 459r in progress and 459a in progress come in during the same time frame.
