1 Police Blotter item (PB): Apparent Suicide 
Officers responded to the area of Grand Lake/Salton Sea on an Outside Assist request from Fire. Fire was originally dispatched to the area on a report of a vehicle fire. While extinguishing the fire, they located a deceased male in the back of vehicle. It appears at this point to be a suicide.
Also, Officer Brower will most likely be released from the hospital later this week. He has a lengthy recovery ahead of him, but is anxious to get home.
Officer Young has one more surgery before they can determine when he will leave Highland. Otherwise he is doing well.
