Missing elderly man with Alzheimer's found. Francisco Cervantes was located and safely returned to his family.

UPDATE: Francisco Cervantes, 70, of Arlington, is safe and has been reunited with his family. He was reported missing this morning after his family woke up and realized that Mr. Cervantes was not in his bed. Mr. Cervantes has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. He was found about two miles from home outside an apartment complex.

Previous released information:
Arlington police are asking for the public’s help with finding a missing elderly man, who has Alzheimer’s disease. Francisco Cervantes, 70, of Arlington, was reported missing this morning (Thursday, Nov. 19, 2009) from his home in the 2100 block of Lincoln Drive. Family members last saw Mr. Cervantes at home around 2 a.m., but he was not in his bed at 5:30 a.m.

Mr. Cervantes is wearing black pants, a brown coat, a beige felt cowboy hat and beige cowboy boots. He is about 5’8” and weighs around 175 pounds. He has short black hair and a mustache. A photo of Mr. Cervantes is attached.
