Flooding Update. Jackson St. Bridge Closed. Houses along 2nd Avenue being evacuated. Please stay away from this area 
The Jackson St Bridge has been closed. 1st St between Market and Drake is closed. 2nd St between Birch and Witter is closed. 1st Ave. between Johnson and Goggins is closed. 2nd Ave. between the Expressway and Seneca Rd is closed and residents in the 2nd Ave. area are being asked to evacuate. Sheltering for those people is being set up at the Super 8 Motel.
People are requested to avoid the above mentioned areas or any flooded areas along the river to reduce congestion for emergency personnel.
A Unified Command Center has been established to manage the incident.
