Please be on the lookout for Ian Tyler Butcher. His date of birth is 10-8-1993. Ian ran from the Dickson Police Department on Sept. 21, 2010. Subject is possibly armed with a handgun. He is bi-polar and ADHD and has not taken his meds in the last 3 to 5 days.
He has a tattoo of a cross and the words "RIP JACOB JORDAN" on his left shoulder. Last phone contact was at 8:09 pm on 9-21-2010. His phone had a hit off of the Turnbull Road tower in White Bluff, TN.
He is possibly in a green Sentra/Altima 4 door with a missing front passenger center cap or hub cap missing.
