H1N1 Clinic Nov 7 9am-1pm Wash Middle School ONLY for specified priority groups - see the Email for full details 
On Saturday, November 7, 2009 from 9am – 1pm the Fayette County Health Department will be holding an H1N1 flu clinic at the new Washington Middle School at 500 S. Elm Street. The flu vaccine, both injections and the flu mist (for those healthy individuals from 2– 24 years of age) will be offered to those people in the following high-risk groups:
• Pregnant women
• Parents and caregivers of babies under six months of age
• Children 6 months – 24 years of age with or without underlying health conditions
• Health care workers-Work I.D. required
The Health Department is required to serve the priority groups first.
