Malibu fugitive arrested in Honolulu by Deputy U.S. Marshals working with Malibu Sheriff's detectives
Deputy U.S. Marshals apprehended Suspect Robert Krafft in Honolulu, Hawaii on Friday, Sept. 10, at the request of Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff's Station Detectives.
Krafft, a 28-year old White male resident of Malibu, was wanted by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department in connection with an Attempted Extortion which occurred in October 2009. During the incident, he offered a Sheriff’s Department employee money in exchange for his release during a drug arrest. He was also wanted for numerous narcotics violations and is suspected in a string of burglaries in the city of Malibu. The suspect will be held in Hawaii and then extradited to Los Angeles County.
