Outside assist for Newark PD who requested four units to help lock down a school where a student allegedly was in possession of a gun. The investigation led to Fremont’s ROP at Kennedy HS where officers locked down the school and made contact with a student in a classroom. The investigation led back to Newark PD when they found the suspect at his home in their city.

9/3/10 0500hrs, Victim from 39900 blk of Michelle St. calls police to report that his girlfriend just kicked him out of her vehicle and threatened him with his loaded shotgun. Neighbors report hearing 2 shotgun blasts as she fled the area. As investigation continues, victim becomes less and less cooperative and wants no prosecution. No one was hurt.
