Portion of Foundry Street closed for Hay Down-Hoe Down event. 
A portion of Foundry Street, between South Street and Locust Street will be closed to vehicular traffic on Saturday, August 28, from 11:30 am to 7:30 pm for the Hay Down-Hoe Down which will be held off of Foundry Street from 12:00 to 7:00 pm. Parking for the event will be at the American Legion parking lot.
