Attempt Kidnapping of a 16-year old female occurred this morning in the area of Sultana Street & I Avenue.
On 8/23/10, at about 6:51a.m., a male subject driving a small white pickup truck, pulled up along side a 16-year old female walking to school, got out of his vehicle, and grabbed her. She was able to free herself from him and get away. Suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 5'10, brown hair, 160-180 pounds, wearing a white shirt and unshaven. The vehicle is described as a late 90's or early 2000 style pickup. Partial plate 8OorQ with the last three numbers of 409.
