Riverside Police are seeking a suspect, James J. Bowker, involved in a motor vehicle theft and eluding incident on 8/20/10. He is a white male, 32 old, 6-03, and approximately 210 lbs. He has brown bushy hair and a full brown beard. Anyone with any information on the suspect's location should contact the Riverside Police Department at 856-461-3434. Do not attempt to apprehend this subject. He should be considered armed and dangerous.
