Narrative:
A 16-year-old girl was found inside the home of a Thousand Oaks man Tuesday evening after investigators learned the 32-year-old suspect had been having repeated sexual contact with the victim for the past two months.
The parents of the victim directed deputies to the home of Adrianus Timmermans, where their daughter was found in a bedroom. After interviewing the victim and suspect, investigators arrested Timmerman, who was later booked at the East County Jail on seven felony counts, including four counts of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor.
Timmermans remains in custody at the Pre-Trial Detention Facility in lieu of $100,000.00 bail. Investigators are concerned there may be other victims who have had similar contact with Timmermans. Anyone with information about Timmermans can contact Detective Greg Tougas at (805)371-8397.
