R/P (Reporting Party) calls and states she just got off phone with ex-husband who stated he wanted to kill himself via gun. Surround and call-out initiated at Sundale Arms Apartments and HNT (Hostage Negotiating Team) Officers Barrett and Huiskens talked the male out and he is detained by Sgt. Delema and his crew. Male was detained pursuant to WI5150 (Psychiatric Evaluation)
