Those traveling on HWY's 56, 58, 80, 131 and County HWY's C & JJ should use caution due to flashflooding 
Due to heavy rainfall in the northern part of Richland County, people traveling on the following highways should use caution as you may encounter water and debris over the roadway; Hwy 58, Hwy 56, Hwy 80 north, Hwy 131 between LaFarge and Viola and County Hwy C south of Yuba. There is also water over County Hwy JJ near Lone Rock.
