A male suspect was contacted at Central park after citizens reported him acting “inappropriately” and groping himself near the Waterpark. He was contacted by Officers and arrested for outstanding misdemeanor warrants by Ofc. Zargham.

Citizen called FPD to advise he had just arrived home to find a female in his residence. The suspect walked out of the home and the victim followed while updating PD via phone. Officers contacted suspect (WF 27) nearby. It turns out the residence was actually vacant, but has been used by locals as a “crash pad” and drug house. The suspect was arrested for possession of syringes.

Recruit Snyder began her FTO training with a bang… her first call of her very first day on the shift was an Outside Assist for BART Police on a battery in progress. The suspect attempted to steal a bicycle, but was confronted by the bike’s owner. A fight ensued, and when officers arrived, the chase was on. Officers Foster, Snyder and Butcher pursued on foot, with Officer Butcher pulling away down the stretch to catch the suspect. The suspect continued to fight and was ultimately taken into custody after being Tased.
