There is a tractor trailer overturned at the intersection of U.S. Rt.58 and Glendale Rd. in the city of Galax. The area is extremely congested, avoid if possible. Use alternate route to the hospital, by way of Glendale Rd. east of Wendys. This will be in effect for the next 2 or 3 hours.
