WINNEBAGO STREET ROAD CLOSURE for BOOKERFEST 
ROCKFORD – Winnebago St., from Morgan St. north to Blake St., will be closed on Saturday, August 7, and Sunday, August 8th, 2010 from 7:00 a.m until 11:00 p.m to allow for pedestrian traffic at the annual Bookerfest Event.
Proper traffic control devices will be in place and motorists are urged to find an alternate route during festival hours.
