107 3RD STREET SIDEWALK RECONSTRUCT 
3RD Street between (E. State Street and Market Street) will begin construction during the week of August 2, 2010 and will be completed by August 11, 2010. The eastern most lane will be closed for the duration of the work. Two lanes will remain open at all times.
Construction activities shall include, but are not limited to, removal of existing sidewalk, new sidewalk and ADA ramps, some new curb and gutter and other related work.
The necessary traffic control and signage will be posted.
