CITY OF ROCKFORD PAYMENT CENTER WILL CLOSE AT 4:30PM ON JULY 29, 2010 
ROCKFORD, IL. - Due to a system software update the City of Rockford Payment Center will close at 4:30pm on Thursday, July 29, 2010. Payments made by check for Water & Rubbish bills, and for Parking Tickets, can be placed in the Drop Box outside City Hall, 425 East State St. In addition, Water & Rubbish payments, as well as ComEd payments, can be made at the following currency exchanges:
