900 E STATE ST LANE CLOSURES 
Effective immediately, one east and one west bound lane of E State St will be closed to allow for the Rockford Water Division to make emergency repairs. Lane closures will are between 6th ST and Jefferson Sts.
Proper detours have been set up and motorists are advised to please use caution when driving near the work zone.
Work is expected to last (3) three days with completion scheduled by the end of Thursday, July 29, 2010.
