The Bloomfield Department of Health & Human Services is pleased to announce that a representative from NJ Family Care is in the Public Health Nursing Office between the hours of 9:30 am and 11:30 am on most Wednesdays during the Child Health Clinic.
The representative will assist with NJ Family Care applications and ensure the proper paperwork is enclosed with the application. The representative will submit the completed application to the NJ Family Care office. This service is for those families with uninsured children age 18 years and under.
