The Vineland Office of Emergency Management would like to inform residents of a new method to register persons with special needs for emergency planning and response. The new web-based program will create a master database to allow emergency response agencies to plan and coordinate services during emergencies. All information is confidential and will be used only by emergency responders.

Persons who complete the online forms should have name, address, telephone, (TTY/TTD numbers for hearing-impaired), date of birth, height and weight. The informant should also report if there is a pet or service animal in the home, medication information and care requirements. Temporary residents may also register.
Additional registration assistance is also available by contacting 2-1-1. Vineland residents without computer assistance may call the Vineland Office of Emergency Management at 856-691-4540.
