Assault by Pointing a Gun
The Southern Pines Police Department announces the June 30, 2010 arrest of Paris Yusef Mack, 17 years of age, of Southern Pines, N.C. on the above charges. The arrest stems from an investigation into a home invasion and attempted robbery that occurred at approximately 7:30pm on June 3, 2010 at 436 Shaw Avenue, Southern Pines, North Carolina.
Paris Yusef Mack appeared before a Moore County Magistrate and was remanded to the Moore County Jail under $100,000.00 secured bond pending hearing on July 15, 2010 in Moore County District Court.
