Recent "cat burglar" home break ins have occurred on Linden Way, Auburn Hills. 
On Wednesday, July 7, 2010, multiple residents living on Linden Way, Auburn Hills, reported to the police department residential break ins that occurred between 4:00 and 10:00 A.M. (Linden Way is located near South Boulevard and Adams Road)
It appears the responsible person(s) are walking through the neighborhood and gaining entry into the homes via unlocked doors and or windows. Once inside, the responsible person(s) have been taking smaller items of value, which they can easily carry, then leave the residence after staying a brief period of time.
The Auburn Hills Police Department is asking anyone who receives this message to heighten their level of awareness to their surrondings, especially in nearby residential areas.
If you observe any suspicious vehicles or activity, immediately report your observations to your local police department.
