Officers responded to 151 J Street after a City employee reported damage to a newly constructed sidewalk and curb in front of the address. The suspect, who was apparently upset with the design of the sidewalk and curbs, vandalized the freshly poured cement in an attempt to change the design

Burglary/Stolen auto case at 40530 Albrae Street. Two males stole seven laptops from a business and fled in a black Mercedes ML430 SUV. Witnesses were able to get the license plate and it came back stolen out of a S.J. residential burglary. Another witness located the vehicle parked on Reseda Circle and saw the suspects enter a battered white older mini van and leave the area. Officers responded and located the stolen SUV on Reseda Circle, however the suspects were in the wind.
