Jackson Police make arrest in W. Deaderick St. Burglary

ARREST IN W. DEADERICK ST. BURGLARY
Jackson Police have arrested a 2 suspects in connection with the of burglary of a vacant residence on W. Deaderick St.. William Forman, 21, 263 Linden St., Jackson, TN 38301 and Terrance Devon Hudson, 21, 311 Johnson St., Jackson, TN 38301 are being charged with Aggravated Burglary and Theft of Property under $500.00. Bond will be set for both suspects on 6-30-2010 when they will are arraigned at Jackson City Court.
On 6-29-10 a witness reported seeing 2 suspects break into a vacant residence in the 300 block of W. Deaderick St. Officers responded and located a truck carrying a household appliance as it was leaving the area. Forman and Hudson, the occupants of the truck, have been identified as the suspects who were seen breaking into the house. Appliances that were taken from the home have been recovered and returned to the owner.
The Jackson Police Department has been investigating a series of burglaries where appliances have been taken from vacant residences. Police are continuing to investigate to determine if there is a link between these crimes and the 2 suspects.
This case was solved because a citizen took the time to call when they saw something suspicious. Citizens are encouraged to call the Jackson Police Dept. anytime they see something that they believe is criminal activity.
The investigation is continuing and more information will be released as there are new developments in the case.
