Cooper St. near I-20 has been temporarily closed to all traffic due to construction. Cooper traffic is redirected. 
Traffic on Cooper near Interstate 20 will be temporarily closed for about an hour due to construction. All traffic on the southbound lanes of Cooper will be redirected to westbound Interstate 20. All northbound lanes of Cooper will be forced east and west on Bardin Road.
Please, plan accordingly when driving in and around Cooper Street near Interstate 20 this afternoon.
