1 Police Blotter item (PB): Burglary Suspects Arrested 
About 0130 this morning (6/16/10), A silver 2000 V.W. Passat was stolen from 38665 Fremont Bl. At 1157 hrs, several calls came in from 4250 Central Ave reporting that a female suspect driving the car did a hit and run at the location. The vehicle was gone on arrival and SNARE was invoked. Upon hearing SNARE (an area wide "be on the lookout") Milpitas advised us the car was involved in a residential burglary today in San Jose. Ofcr. Burkhammer and Ofcr. Wilson later saw the stolen car stopped in the roadway n/bound Blacow near Robin. The male driver and female passenger (14 and 16yrs respectively) tried to bail on foot. The male was quickly apprehended and Ofcr Wilson ran down the female and arrested her. Property in the car was confirmed stolen from multiple burglaries in San Jose. Both were charged with 10851VC/496 PC (vehicle theft and possession of stolen property). San Jose PD is charging them with 459 PC (burglary).
