MIDSOMMAR FEST SATURDAY JUNE 19, 2010 ROCKFORD 
The Swedish Historical Society of Rockford’s annual Midsommar Fest will be held on June 19th, 2010 from 9am-8pm at the Erlander Home Museum, 404 S.3rd
Street.
This family street festival assists the society’s mission
in preserving Swedish American history and culture by connecting families, connecting generations and
connecting communities. You need not be Swedish to appreciate Midsommar Fest!
Neighbors and motorists are advised of the following street closures, beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, June 18th: South 3rd Street - south of Oak to south of Grove
Grove-South 3rd Street to May, with Local Traffic Only for one additional block west and east of the festival
Streets will be opened by Sunday afternoon, June 21st.
Motorists are asked to please use caution while
driving near the festival due to increased pedestrian and vehicular traffic.
