Temporary No Parking Restrictions and Street Closures for the 30th Annual Mercersburg Townfest on September 26, 2009 
The Mayor of Mercersburg, the Honorable James C. Zeger issued Mayoral Proclamation 2009-03 declaring temporary parking regulations relating the 30th Annual Mercersburg Townfest, September 26, 2009. Pursuant to Mercersburg Ordinance 1-31, Article III, ยง 2 (a) and (b).
1. There shall be no parking on the entire length of Seminary Street. That includes West Seminary Street extension by the Mercersburg Elementary School, All off West Seminary Street and all off East Seminary Street including Center Square from 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 25, 2009 to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 26, 2009.
2. The above streets will also be closed to all traffic from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 26, 2009. South Park Avenue, Main Street, Fayette Street, and Church Street, will be open to traffic.
3. Anyone in violation of these restrictions will be required to pay a fine of $25.00 and/or have their vehicle towed at their expense.
