On May 01, 2009, at approximately 5:30 a.m., an 83 year old woman who is legally blind was robbed and sexually assaulted inside of her residence. The city of Norwalk and The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors are each offering a $10,000 reward for information that will lead to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for the above assault.
