Narrative:
The Camarillo Police Department would like to remind all drivers that using a cell phone (without a hands-free device) while driving is a violation of law. Also, illegally tinted windows on vehicles and not wearing seatbelts are violations of the law as well.
Deputies working at the Camarillo Station will be extra vigilant during the month of June, looking for the above violations in addition to other traffic violations beginning June 1st. Citations will be issued and drivers are urged not to violate these traffic laws as well as all other traffic laws.
