Share the Trails – Dogs Off-Leash

The City of Fullerton has recently implemented a new awareness campaign relating to the enjoyment of Fullerton City Trails by dogs and their two-legged companions.

As the summer months approach and more families use the trails for recreation, Parks and Recreation staff would like to remind trail users to remember the following:

* All dogs must be on a leash 10’ or shorter at all times in all public parks and trails
* Owners are asked to pick up after their dogs and dispose of all waste in trash cans
* Dogs may only run off-leash at the Fullerton Pooch Park, located near the Hunt

Branch Library

* Fullerton Trails are closed between midnight and 4:00 a.m.

We hope everyone – people and canines alike – enjoys the many recreational opportunities that await here in Fullerton and do their part to keep trails safe and clean for all.
